  • 4,000 on strong weeks Job description Supreme Health Solutions is hiring experienced health-insurance phone closers who already understand the U65 Limited Medical Benefit, MEC, fixed-indemnity, supplemental-health, and private-market insurance environment.
This is not an entry-level sales opening and it is not an ACA-only position. We are specifically looking for candidates who can recognize terms such as Multiplan, First Health, and PHCS; build substantial rapport quickly; run a controlled 30-60 minute call; explain a plan accurately; work through real objections; and confidently guide a qualified consumer from discovery through enrollment and payment. Our successful agents typically close approximately one out of every four to five qualified opportunities. Average commission is approximately $190 per enrolled plan. Typical weekly earnings range from $1,250 to $2,500, while strong weeks may reach $3,000 to $4,000. Earnings are performance-based and are not guaranteed. What you will do
  • Receive qualified warm transfers and make outbound calls through an automated dialer.
  • Conduct focused discovery and identify the consumer's actual coverage priorities, budget, doctors, prescriptions, timing, and expectations.
  • Present Limited Medical Benefit, MEC, fixed-indemnity, supplemental, and ancillary options clearly and accurately.
  • Explain the difference between plan benefits, network access or repricing, discount programs, and major medical coverage.
  • Build trust and rapport quickly without losing control of the call.
  • Handle price, provider, prescription, spouse, employer-plan, "I need to think about it," and credibility objections professionally.
  • Complete compliant enrollments, payment transitions, required disclosures, and post-close confirmation.
  • Document each call and enrollment accurately in the CRM and enrollment platform.
  • Participate in daily coaching, call review, roleplay, product training, and compliance reinforcement.
  • Protect persistency by setting accurate expectations that reduce avoidable cancellations and downstream customer-service problems. Required experience
  • At least one year of recent phone-based health-insurance sales experience.
  • Direct experience selling U65 Limited Medical Benefit, MEC, fixed-indemnity, supplemental-health, or closely related private-market plans.
  • Ability to explain Multiplan, First Health, and/or PHCS in your own words, including what a provider network does and does not guarantee.
  • Demonstrated experience closing full calls in approximately 30-60 minutes.
  • A track record of approximately 20
  • 25% conversion on qualified opportunities, or the ability to explain your actual recent metrics.
  • Strong objection handling, call control, rapport building, listening, and closing skills.
  • Comfort with performance-based compensation, daily coaching, recorded-call review, and measurable KPIs.
  • Appropriate insurance licensing and appointments must be in place before performing regulated sales activity. An active health-insurance license is strongly preferred.

Are you able to work in person in Pompano Beach, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, with no weekend schedule?
