INBOUND LEADS. NAME-BRAND PRODUCTS. BIG OPEN ENROLLMENT OPPORTUNITY.

We are rebuilding and expanding our Port St. Lucie sales team and looking for strong salespeople who want the opportunity to make serious money. Insurance experience is great. A current health insurance license is great. But if you're a proven salesperson who can close, we are willing to train and help the right person get licensed. What matters most to us is that you can sell.

OPEN ENROLLMENT IS COMING

Open Enrollment begins November 15, and this is when our business gets extremely busy. During Open Enrollment, strong agents can earn approximately 3X their normal income because of the increase in inbound demand. We are hiring and training now so new salespeople are ready when the volume hits.

Over the last nine months, we have made major changes to the way we operate. We've upgraded our marketing, built stronger name-brand products, rebuilt our scripts and sales process, added new technology and implemented better compliance controls. We intentionally reduced the size of our sales team so we could rebuild it the right way. Now we're ready to grow again. That means the people joining now are coming in early, while there is a lot of opportunity available.

We're looking for people who are: Confident on the phone Competitive Money-motivated Comfortable closing sales Self-sufficient Reliable Comfortable working in a fast-paced office Coachable and willing to follow a proven process Previous insurance experience is preferred but not required for the right salesperson. If you're not currently licensed, we can help strong candidates through the licensing process.

COMPENSATION

You will receive a salary while training, learning the business and getting established. Once you're producing, you transition to commissions with a guaranteed minimum underneath you. You have a floor. But the real opportunity is in the commissions. The better you sell, the more you make.
