Job Description
Lazydays RV powered by Campers Inn RV is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Insurance Agent to support our customers by providing insurance solutions for RVs, boats, motorcycles, and automobiles. This role works closely with Sales, Finance & Insurance (F&I), and Service teams to deliver knowledgeable guidance, timely service, and appropriate coverage options. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, relationship-driven, and motivated to grow long-term client relationships while supporting a seamless customer experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and complete insurance applications and required documentation accurately and efficiently Quote, bind, and service insurance policies in compliance with state regulations and company guidelines Generate new insurance business through referrals, cross-selling, and total account development Maintain accurate client records, policy documentation, renewals, cancellations, and follow-ups Assist policyholders with claims support and loss guidance Educate clients on coverage options, risk management, and ways to minimize exposure Follow agency processes and workflows (including renewals, tickler systems, and compliance tracking) Attend required company meetings, training sessions, and continuing education Collaborate with Sales and F&I teams to enhance the overall customer experience Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs Qualifications & Experience Active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 Insurance License (required) Valid Florida Driver s License with a responsible driving record Prior insurance sales or service experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Working knowledge of Windows-based systems and agency management software (Applied Systems experience preferred) Understanding of underwriting guidelines and risk management principles Strong time management, organizational, and follow-up skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred Physical & Work Requirements Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including flexibility for changing schedules as needed Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday Ability to lift standard office materials Ability to work at a computer and view a monitor for extended periods
