Worxweb Solutions is recruiting Final Expense Agents on behalf of a life insurance sales organization based in Stuart, FL. This is an in-office phone sales role with a draw during your first two weeks, carrier appointments paid by the client, and a straightforward commission structure built around monthly premiums.

$500 draw for first 2 weeks | Estimated $800 to $1,300+ per week based on production About Our Client Our client is a Final Expense life insurance sales organization focused on helping families secure affordable end-of-life coverage. Agents work inbound and outbound phone-based sales using two established carriers - American Amicable and Corebridge Financial. The client covers state licensing appointments on your behalf, making it easy to get started even if you are new to the Final Expense space. Key Responsibilities Sell Final Expense life insurance policies to consumers via outbound phone sales. Work with American Amicable and Corebridge Financial as your appointed carriers. Conduct needs-based consultations and guide clients through coverage options and enrollment. Maintain accurate client records and follow all carrier and compliance guidelines. Meet daily and weekly production goals in a structured office environment. Requirements Active life and health insurance license required. Candidates must be within commutable distance of the Stuart, FL office. No outstanding debt with current or prior insurance carriers required. New to Final Expense life insurance is welcome. Training and carrier support are provided. Client will cover state appointment fees on behalf of the agent.
Compensation Draw:
$500 per week guaranteed for the first two weeks while ramping up.
Commission:
2.5 times the monthly premium on each policy sold. Agents are placed on a Level of Authority (LOA) arrangement. Chargebacks are reconciled in the month following the charge. Estimated weekly earnings based on consistent production: Developing producer: approximately $800 per week Strong consistent producer: approximately $1,100 per week Top performer: approximately $1,300 or more per week Actual earnings depend on policy volume, premium size, and close rate.
