We're growing our in-office team in Stuart, FL and are looking for licensed Life Insurance Agents who are ready to work, learn, and make money. You'll receive company-paid, compliant live-transfer leads — meaning you're connecting with real people who are actively being transferred to speak with an agent. No buying your own leads. No sitting around waiting for business to show up. No trying to figure everything out by yourself. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, live support, motivation groups, and access to a network of 100+ partner agents who are actively in the business. We also work with multiple carriers and cover 100% of approved additional state licensing costs , so as you grow, your opportunity can grow with you. Our agency is currently licensed in 15 states and counting. Agents who are just getting started are currently averaging around $1,200-$1,300+ per week based on production , with room to grow beyond that. This is a performance-based sales position, so individual results vary based on activity, consistency, placement, persistency, and production. Income is not guaranteed.
