Join a Growing Local Insurance Agency Sandroc Insurance is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Personal Lines Insurance Agent to become part of our team in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Operating from within a busy real estate office, you'll have the opportunity to work with homebuyers, homeowners, and families who need trusted insurance guidance. What You'll Do Connect with prospective clients and provide customized insurance solutions Generate quotes and write new business for homeowners, auto, umbrella, flood, boat, and other personal insurance products Develop referral relationships with local real estate professionals, lenders, and community partners Review existing policies and identify opportunities to improve coverage or reduce costs Educate clients on coverage options, policy features, deductibles, and exclusions Assist customers with policy updates, endorsements, and account servicing needs Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline Stay informed on carrier guidelines, market conditions, and insurance industry trends Work closely with underwriting teams to secure competitive coverage options for clients What We're Looking For Florida 2-20 or 20-44 Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within 90 days) Prior experience in insurance sales, personal lines, customer service, or a related field preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a desire to grow a book of business Comfortable networking within the local community and creating referral partnerships Ability to work full-time from our Tarpon Springs office, Monday through Friday Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Compensation 1099 (But Guaranteed Internal Leads) Uncapped commission opportunities Typical first-year earnings between $80,000 and $120,000 Why Join Sandroc Insurance?
