Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative fluent in Portuguese to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our clients, manage inquiries, and assist with insurance-related needs.

Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, resolving issues and complaints Maintain a deep understanding of insurance products to assist customers accurately Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and surveys

Qualifications:

Fluency in Portuguese is required Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Proficient in computer systems and software applications High school diploma or equivalent required Spanish fluency is a plus

Compensation:

Pay Range:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Bonus opportunities Commission pay

Location:

In-person position at our West Palm Beach, FL office (33411) Must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to starting work Licenses/Certifications (Preferred but not required):
