State Farm Agent Team Member Position Overview Tony Brewer State Farm is hiring a full-time Account Associate in Carrollton, GA for someone who wants to build a long-term career in insurance.

This is an in-office role with hands-on training and coaching from a local agency team that values consistency, reliability, and professional growth. Responsibilities Reach out to prospects, walk them through coverage options, and follow up to close new business Book appointments and guide interested prospects from first call to close Log calls, notes, and pipeline updates in the agency's system daily Hit consistent weekly call targets and monthly production numbers Complete ongoing product education and licensing classes Qualifications Experience not necessary

full training provided Comfortable and confident on the phone with a clear speaking style A self-starter who doesn't shy away from daily calls and follow-ups Ready to earn the insurance licenses the role requires Coachable, upbeat, and happy working as part of a team Benefits A guaranteed base salary plus commission tied to your performance Paid time off that covers vacation, sick days, and personal time Paid holidays throughout the year Room to grow into larger roles at the agency Team lunches, contests, and agency events Pay range: $45,000•75,000 per year This range reflects total compensation•base salary plus commissions and bonuses.
