Job Description

Schedule Requirements Candidates must be available to work flexible shifts between 6:00 AM and 2:00 AM, Monday through Sunday . Specific schedules will be assigned based on business needs and may vary. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with questions regarding Medicare plans, benefits, and coverage options. Provide excellent customer service in a primarily inbound call environment. Educate customers on products, services, and benefits that align with their healthcare and financial needs. Follow up with customers when additional support or information is required. Actively listen, demonstrate empathy, and resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally. Required Active Health Insurance License in your state of residence, in good standing. Minimum of 6 months of sales experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously. Reliable high-speed internet connection (15 Mbps or higher). Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must reside in the state where you are licensed. Compensation & Training Starting pay: $21.00/hour Average performers: $23.00/hour Fully bilingual (English/Spanish): $24.00/hour Average bilingual performers: $25.00/hour Health Insurance License
