What You'll Do Develop new business through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers Identify customer needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions Quote, sell, and service Auto, Home, Life, Renters, and Business Insurance policies Follow up on leads and cross-selling opportunities Provide outstanding customer service by assisting with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage reviews Work toward individual and team sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience Compensation & Benefits $40,000
