Job Summary Are you a motivated, bilingual communicator eager to launch a rewarding career in insurance? We're seeking enthusiastic entry-level Insurance Agents who are fluent in multiple languages to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the friendly face and trusted advisor for clients seeking property, casualty, health, and life insurance solutions. Your energy and customer-focused approach will help clients understand their coverage options, build lasting relationships, and secure their financial futures. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while making a positive impact in your community. All positions are hourly plus commission, with comprehensive training provided to set you up for success! This position requires you to be licensed with the State of GA (Personal Lines). Yes! We will pay for your license! Duties Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach and telemarketing campaigns Build strong customer relationships by understanding their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions Conduct client consultations to explain policy options for property, casualty, health, and life insurance products Negotiate coverage terms and premiums to meet client needs while adhering to insurance regulations Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads and client information Analyze client data to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling insurance products Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through the benefits administration process Skills Bilingual proficiency in English and another language(Spanish preferred) to effectively communicate with diverse clients Strong outside sales skills with experience in retail sales or telemarketing environments Excellent negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining compliance with insurance regulation Knowledge of commercial insurance, property casualty, health, and life insurance products Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications for sales tracking and documentation Exceptional communication skills for client interaction, consultation, and relationship building Analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options Customer service expertise with a focus on client communication and benefits administration Join us in empowering individuals and businesses by providing vital insurance solutions! $45,000.00 - $89,348.48 per year
