Full-time About the Position Landmark Insurance is hiring an experienced Commercial Property & Casualty Agent for our Oak Brook office. This position suits an established producer who wants better commission terms, full benefits, and room to grow a commercial book. We back our agents with carrier access, service staff, and the time to focus on selling and keeping clients. Responsibilities Prospect for, develop, and close new commercial P&C accounts Manage and grow an existing book of commercial clients Assess client risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage, including general liability, commercial property, workers' compensation, commercial auto, umbrella, and BOP Market accounts to carriers, negotiate terms, and present proposals Handle renewals, endorsements, and account reviews to keep clients and add coverage lines Keep accurate records in the agency management system Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a licensed agent or producer in commercial property and casualty lines Active Illinois Property & Casualty producer license (or ability to obtain one immediately) Proven record of new business production and client retention Working knowledge of commercial underwriting and carrier markets Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills Book of business or established referral network preferred Compensation & Benefits Commission structure above industry standard Health, dental, and vision insurance Continuing education and licensing support How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed.
