Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their unique insurance needs across health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance sectors. Conduct detailed analysis of client information to recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options. Negotiate policy terms and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations. Manage sales administration tasks efficiently using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track client interactions and policy details. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy features clearly in both English and Spanish, and assisting clients throughout the sales process. Stay informed about industry trends, insurance regulation updates, and product knowledge to maintain expertise in health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on client relationship building. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in both Spanish and English. Familiarity with sales administration processes and proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of insurance products including health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance; understanding of insurance regulation is a plus. Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable coverage options. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment. Multilingual capabilities are essential; fluency in Spanish is required along with strong English communication skills.
