Job Description

Description Comparion Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and personable Licensed Sales Agent to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. This is an in-office, client-facing role focused on building strong local relationships and serving the insurance needs of your community.
Please note:
This is not a remote position. You must have active Property, Casualty, and Life insurance licenses prior to employment.
Compensation:
Training salary: $55,000-$65,000 $1,000 professional start bonus Total first-year compensation typically ranges from $55,000-$75,000 (base, bonuses, and uncapped commissions) Top performers have the potential to earn $100,000+ in their first year Build a career for yourself, not by yourself. Qualifications Qualifications:
Licenses:
Active state licenses in Property & Casualty and Life insurance (required)
Experience:
Prior sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Effective time management and organizational abilities Quick learner with the ability to understand insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines Experience with lead generation and customer base growth preferred
