Insurance Sales Representative (Training Provided) - Colonial Life Colonial Life is committed to helping employers and their employees prepare for life's unexpected challenges. We are currently seeking motivated individuals who are interested in building a career as a licensed insurance agent. No prior insurance experience is required. We provide the training, support, and resources needed to obtain your state Life & Health Insurance License and develop the skills necessary to succeed in a consultative sales environment. You'll join a growing team supported by an award-winning leadership group that helps you develop customized benefit solutions for businesses across many industries. What You'll Do Generate new business opportunities and develop sales initiatives Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients Conduct one-on-one meetings with business owners and employees Use a consultative approach to identify client needs and recommend benefit solutions Maintain a database of prospects and current customers Prospect creatively to identify new opportunities Work collaboratively within a team-oriented sales environment What We're Looking For Self-motivated and competitive individuals Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage your schedule Comfortable presenting to business owners and groups Experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is helpful but not required Life & Health Insurance License (preferred, but we will help you obtain it) Products We Offer Colonial Life provides financial protection benefits through the workplace, helping employees prepare for unexpected events such as accidents, illness, or injury.
