Job Overview The Wertzberger Agency, a 17+ year award-winning Farmers Insurance agency, is growing and looking to add two motivated Insurance Sales Agents to our team. This is a rare opportunity to build real, lasting income - you'll earn commission not just on new policies you sell, but on renewals year after year, creating significant income growth over time. With a $48,000 first-year income guarantee and strong earners regularly exceeding that, this role rewards hard work with real, compounding results. Insurance experience NOT required! We can train that - we're looking for the right people to grow with us.
Salary Range:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary
