Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred. Deep understanding of commercial insurance knowledge along with health, life, property, and casualty insurance policies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for effective sales tracking and client management. Exceptional analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable coverage options. Knowledge of insurance regulation standards such as HIPAA for health insurance and benefits administration procedures. Ability to develop rapport quickly through customer service excellence and client communication strategies.
