  • Full-time
  • $65,000
  • $85,000 base plus incentives About the role HOA Insurance Agency places master policies and HO-6 condo coverage for homeowners associations and condominium trusts across six states.
We are hiring a licensed Property & Casualty agent to own client relationships: advising boards, trustees, property managers, and unit owners on how their insurance programs are built and where those programs leave them exposed. This is advisory work, not high-volume phone sales. You will spend your time reviewing existing programs, gathering underwriting data, building clean submissions, and explaining coverage to volunteer boards in language they can act on. Our accounts are long-term relationships, so the role is measured on retention and service quality alongside new business. What you will do Serve as the primary point of contact for HOA boards, trustees, property managers, and unit owners Review existing insurance programs to identify coverage gaps, valuation shortfalls, and renewal risk Compile underwriting data, loss runs, governing documents, property specifications, and build accurate submissions Coordinate with carriers, wholesalers, and internal account managers to market and negotiate accounts Manage the renewal calendar and present side-by-side comparisons of terms, pricing, and carrier-driven changes Explain master policies, HO-6, D&O, deductibles, and loss assessment exposure in plain language Respond to inbound inquiries and referrals from property managers and real estate partners Keep CRM records, client files, and documentation current What you need Active Property & Casualty insurance license 2+ years in an agency, brokerage, or insurance service environment, commercial or personal lines Ability to explain technical coverage concepts to people who are not insurance experts Strong documentation discipline and dependable follow-through on renewal timelines Comfort managing multiple high-touch accounts and competing client requests Indeed job post licensed insurance agent
