Salary Range:

Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, underwriting, and risk management. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Comfortable using agency management systems and business software. Positive, proactive, and client-focused mindset. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact. Build long-term client relationships by understanding each business's unique operations, goals, and risk exposures. Conduct detailed risk assessments and develop tailored insurance strategies that support client growth and protection. Partner with top insurance carriers to secure competitive coverage options and negotiate favorable policy terms. Present policy proposals and renewals with confidence, translating complex coverage details into clear, actionable recommendations. Deliver exceptional service by responding quickly to client needs, policy changes, claims support, and endorsements. Stay ahead of industry trends and market conditions to provide proactive guidance and innovative risk management solutions.
