As an Insurance Agent, you'll engage directly with credit union members—guiding conversations, uncovering needs in real time, and confidently moving prospects toward a decision. This is not a passive sales role. Think quickly and adapt in real time Handle objections (especially "I don't have time") with ease Don't rely on heavy scripts—they know how to sell naturally Move conversations toward clear next steps—including payment Stay driven, resilient, and focused on results Your Background Might Include We welcome candidates from a variety of high-performance sales environments, including: Wireless/cellular sales Automotive or commission-based retail Consumer finance, lending, or collections Any quota-driven, high-volume sales role Insurance or financial services experience is a plus—but not required if you have strong sales fundamentals.
