Salary Range:

Minimum of two years of experience in an insurance agency setting. Deep familiarity with consultative sales techniques and relationship building. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to explain complex policy language clearly. Prior experience with commercial lines insurance is highly valued. Responsibilities Evaluate the unique risks of prospective clients and design comprehensive coverage solutions that offer real peace of mind. Manage and nurture a growing book of business by conducting regular policy reviews and staying in touch with your clients. Process new business applications and renewals with high accuracy to ensure our standards of service remain top-notch. Connect with local businesses in Bel Air to expand our footprint and act as a reliable resource for the community. Collaborate with our underwriters to find creative solutions for complex accounts. Maintain an active dialogue with existing clients to ensure their coverage evolves alongside their life changes.
