Salary Range:

Solid track record of success in sales or client-facing roles. Strong comfort level with computers and digital policy management platforms. Clear, empathetic communication skills, both in person and on the phone. Residency within a reasonable commuting distance to Denton, Maryland. A genuine desire to help neighbors protect what they care about most. Responsibilities Meet with folks from the Denton area to understand their unique lives and the coverage that best fits their needs. Develop and present personalized insurance proposals that offer genuine peace of mind. Build and maintain meaningful relationships with our clients so they know who to turn to when questions arise. Manage your daily schedule to ensure you are connecting with current clients and welcoming new ones. Keep your professional knowledge sharp by staying up to date on changes within the insurance landscape. Participate in local community events to help us stay connected to the heartbeat of our town.
