Salary Range:

Three or more years of experience in direct-to-consumer insurance sales. Expertise in navigating complex carrier underwriting guidelines. Strong comfort level with consultative selling and building lasting client portfolios. Proficiency in Agency Management Systems and comparative rater software. Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. Excellent ability to translate technical policy language into simple, everyday terms for clients. Responsibilities Engage with new prospective clients to understand their unique risk profiles and insurance needs. Develop and present tailored coverage solutions that offer genuine protection rather than just a policy number. Conduct comprehensive coverage reviews to identify gaps in existing policies and propose meaningful enhancements. Manage a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities while maintaining excellent service for your current book of clients.
