Salary Range:

Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or customer advocacy.

Strong proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Demonstrated ability to explain complex policy details in plain, simple terms.

Active listening skills and a genuine interest in problem-solving for others.

Bachelors degree or equivalent life experience in a client-facing role.

ResponsibilitiesIdentify the unique coverage gaps for our local Gaithersburg families and businesses through thorough personal assessments.

Manage an existing book of business by conducting annual reviews and suggesting coverage adjustments as life circumstances change.

Prospect for new partnerships within the Maryland business community to expand our local reach.

Guide clients through the claims process with empathy and clear communication when they need us most.

Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the best possible value for our clients.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all policy filings meet state compliance standards.
