Three or more years of experience in sales or client advisory roles. Demonstrable history of meeting sales targets and growing a book of business. Strong command of local insurance regulations and carrier guidelines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Responsibilities Identify new opportunities for growth by connecting with families and small business owners in the Lexington Park area. Analyze the specific needs of potential clients to craft comprehensive insurance packages that offer genuine protection. Advise clients on risk management strategies, ensuring they fully understand their policy coverages and exclusions. Maintain an active schedule of discovery meetings and follow-up calls to nurture long-term relationships. Coordinate with our underwriting department to ensure that all applications are accurate and processed promptly. Attend community events to build our presence and demonstrate our commitment to the local neighborhood.
