You should be:

Currently licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance Experienced and successful in P&C insurance sales Able to demonstrate a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Money motivated, competitive, and results oriented Self-motivated and accountable for your numbers Strong at prospecting, follow-up, cross-selling, and closing A team player who sets the bar high and helps others succeed Driven to exceed goals—not simply meet them What You'll Do Sell P&C insurance products to new and existing customers Work paid agency leads and follow up consistently Cross-sell within our established book of business Quote, overcome objections, and close new business Build and manage your sales pipeline Meet and exceed individual and agency sales goals Deliver an excellent customer experience Help create a high-performance, winning team culture

Compensation Base:

DOE Total Compensation:
