Minimum of three years of professional experience in insurance sales or high-volume client services. Strong proficiency with industry-standard CRM platforms and digital documentation tools. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong comfort level with face-to-face networking and community engagement. Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients throughout the Westminster area to discuss their coverage needs. Conduct thorough risk assessments to provide tailored insurance solutions that offer real peace of mind. Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and follow up consistently to ensure no client feels overlooked. Collaborate with our underwriting department to ensure all applications are accurate and processed promptly.
