Monday-Friday | No Evenings or Weekends The Darian Taliaferro Agency is growing and looking for a motivated, goal-oriented person to join our team as an Agent in Training. We're a competitive, results-driven agency that likes to win, but our clients always come first. Our goal is to grow the agency while making sure the families and businesses we work with have the right protection in place. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, wants to grow professionally, and is interested in learning how to run a successful insurance agency. For the right person, this role can also provide a path toward entrepreneurship opportunities. What You'll Do Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance Work with new and existing clients to identify insurance needs and coverage gaps Generate new business through leads, referrals, prospecting, and networking Follow up with prospects and manage your sales pipeline Cross-sell and build long-term client relationships Work toward individual and agency sales goals Participate in regular coaching and training Learn the sales, operations, and business side of running an agency What We're Looking For You don't need years of insurance experience. We're willing to train the right person. Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Confident communicating and building relationships Coachable and willing to learn Organized with strong follow-through Interested in sales, business, and professional growth Able to work independently and as part of a team Previous sales, insurance, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Insurance licensing is required for the position. Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to obtain their Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
