Salary Range:

$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Health Insurance Flexible Schedule Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Requirements Michigan Property & Casualty License (Active or willing to obtain prior to starting) Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Must be highly self-motivated. Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude. A Property & Casualty insurance license is required. No insurance or sales experience required but must be willing to learn. Responsibilities Prospect for new business by calling prospects using lead management databases and following sales leads generated from referrals, networking and agency marketing. Meet new business production goals and objectives as established by agency. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Provide customers with additional information about new products and services. Create strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and Allstate loyalty. Work independently and as part of a team.
