Salary Range:

Previous experience working in an insurance agency setting. Knowledge of insurance carrier systems like Applied or AMS360. Responsibilities Build genuine connections with our local Grand Rapids clients by listening to their needs and offering clear, sound insurance advice. Provide expert guidance on policy coverage, helping families and businesses understand how to best protect what matters most to them. Process policy endorsements, handle billing inquiries, and ensure all documentation is handled with precision.
