Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic bilingual (Spanish & English) Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a passion for helping clients find the right insurance solutions. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored insurance products that meet those needs. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. Conduct sales presentations and provide information on various insurance products. Assist clients in selecting appropriate coverage options based on their requirements. Perform sales administration tasks, including processing applications and maintaining accurate records. Engage in telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients and generate leads. Negotiate terms of policies with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed advice. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information. Participate in outside sales activities to promote insurance products within the community. Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or related fields. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. A valid insurance license for P&C. Bilingual English/Spanish required to serve a diverse clientele. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is beneficial for managing client data responsibly. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
