full-time In-Office Medicare Sales Agent Farmington Hills, MI | Full-Time, In-Office | Medicare / Senior Health About the Role We're looking for a licensed, driven Medicare Sales Agent to join our growing in-office team. You'll work exclusively with company-provided, high-intent leads

- conducting needs-based consultations that help clients navigate one of the most important healthcare decisions of their lives.
We invest heavily in our agents: ongoing training, product education, and hands-on coaching, all built around a culture of compliance and genuine client care. What You'll Do Work inbound and outbound calls with high-intent, company-provided Medicare leads Conduct needs-based consultations to understand each client's healthcare and financial priorities Educate clients on Medicare Advantage (MA/MAPD), Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans (PDP) Clearly and compliantly explain benefits, costs, provider networks, and coverage details Recommend the right plan for each client's individual situation Complete Medicare applications accurately and efficiently Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up with prospects and clients Maintain accurate records and activity in the CRM Meet individual and team sales goals Stay current on CMS requirements, carrier guidelines, and product changes Participate in team meetings, carrier updates, and ongoing training What You'll Need Required Active state Health Insurance License Strong communication, listening, and customer-service skills A consultative sales style
