Bookkeeper and Payroll Specialist:
- Maintain bookkeeping records for multiple business clients
- Record and categorize financial transactions
- Reconcile bank, credit card, loan, and merchant accounts
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting schedules
- Support payroll, sales tax, and 1099-related activities Qualifications for the
Bookkeeper and Payroll Specialist:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or related field, or equivalent coursework/certification
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience
- Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting platforms
