As a licensed professional, you'll guide clients through their insurance options, ensuring they receive tailored coverage that meets their needs while adhering to industry regulations. Responsibilities Engage with prospective and existing clients through outside sales efforts, promoting property and casualty insurance products. Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate coverage options for personal and commercial clients. Negotiate policy terms and premiums to secure favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining profitability. Manage sales administration tasks efficiently using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, quotes, and policy details. Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional client communication, ongoing support, and benefits administration guidance. Stay informed about insurance regulation changes, health insurance, life insurance, and commercial insurance updates to ensure compliance and accurate advice. Collaborate with team members across retail sales channels to maximize outreach and service delivery. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a focus on property and casualty coverage. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to effectively articulate complex insurance concepts. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving diverse client populations. Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, benefits administration, and insurance regulation is preferred. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and sales administration tools is essential for success. Analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend suitable policies.
