Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate insurance options across multiple product lines. Follow up with customers and prospects to help them make informed coverage decisions. Deliver a professional and consistent customer experience through ongoing service and support. Maintain accurate customer records, appointments, and follow-up activities. Participate in agency marketing and community outreach efforts. Work collaboratively toward individual and agency goals. Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable in a customer-focused sales environment. Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-through. Confident initiating conversations and asking thoughtful questions. Coachable with a desire to learn and grow professionally. Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred, but not required. Must possess or be willing to obtain required state insurance licenses.
