Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and close transactions effectively. Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems, sales administration tools, and marketing techniques. Analytical aptitude to evaluate client needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
