Here are some frequently asked questions and answers that we get about our career opportunity: What kind of training will I receive? We invest in our team members to help them succeed. You will receive award-winning sales training as well as trainings from the District Office, Corporate and Agency Mentor. Is prior insurance sales experience required? No! You do not need to have any previous experience in insurance or any insurance sales experience to apply! We will provide the training that gets you ready to be successful! What would my career growth plan look like? Everyone in the organization has the opportunity to grow within agency or have the opportunity to go through a program to prepare you to become your own agent!
Salary Range:
$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Leads Provided Career Growth Opportunities Uncapped Commission Potential Mon-Fri Schedule Requirements Active Property & Casualty and/or Life, Health, and Accident license in the State of Missouri (or a willingness to obtain them) Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Previous sales experience (preferred but not required) Positive attitude Coachable and open to constructive criticism Responsibilities Develop and maintain client relationships through networking, referrals and outreach Assess clients needs and provide tailored insurance solutions (life, health, auto, home and commercial) Explain policy options, terms, and benefits clearly and confidently Guide clients through the insurance application process and policy selection Maintain compliance with industry regulations and licensing requirements Achieve individual and team sales goals Stay up to date on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and market trends About Us Farmers Insurance is a dynamic leader in the insurance industry, passionately committed to protecting futures and empowering communities.
