Commercial Lines Account Manager Employment Type:
Full-Time Join a Growing Local Insurance Agency Our client is a well-established, local insurance agency that is looking to add an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships, providing exceptional service, and taking ownership of a Commercial lines book of business. We are looking for someone with 3+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience who understands the insurance market and can confidently manage clients, carriers, renewals, and coverage needs. What You'll Do Manage and service an established Commercial Lines book of business. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and cancellations. Review policies and coverage to identify gaps and recommend appropriate solutions. Communicate with clients, carriers, and underwriters regarding coverage, claims, billing, and policy issues. Market and remarket accounts when necessary to obtain competitive coverage and pricing. Prepare proposals, applications, certificates, and other insurance documentation. Monitor renewal activity and proactively communicate with clients to ensure retention. Assist clients with questions and concerns while providing a high level of personalized service. Stay current on Florida insurance regulations, carrier guidelines, and market conditions. What We're Looking For 3+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience required. Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Strong knowledge of Commercial Lines products. Excellent communication and relationship-management skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to independently manage a book of business while working effectively with a team. Proficiency with agency management systems and standard Microsoft Office applications.
