Start base salary $3,000/month, plus commission pay and bonuses on top.

Schedule:

In-office; Monday

•Friday 8 am

•5 pm (Weekends and major holidays off)

WHAT YOU BRING

2+ years of successful sales or business development experience. No insurance experience needed. We've got you covered with all the training you'll need to thrive. Confidence, charisma, and communication skills Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented mindset. CRM experience a plus Networking Active P&C License or willing to obtain license Responsibilities

DAILY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Create P&C insurance quotes for prospective clients over the phone (we'll provide all the leads you'll ever need). Ensure all prospects and clients have an amazing experience. Collaborate with our team to achieve ambitious sales goals. Willing to actively prospect for new business Enjoy celebrating team wins!
