Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Insurance filed work Executive to lead our insurance sales initiatives and expand our client base. In this energetic role, you will leverage your expertise in outside sales, negotiation, and customer service to drive growth and foster long-term relationships. Your multilingual skills and analysis capabilities will enable you to connect with diverse clients, while your knowledge of insurance products and benefits administration will ensure tailored solutions that meet individual needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence our sales strategies, enhance client satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of our insurance services. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic outside sales plans to attract new clients and retain existing ones in the insurance sector. Engage in proactive telemarketing efforts to generate leads, promote insurance products, and schedule appointments with prospective clients. Conduct comprehensive needs analysis for clients by assessing their insurance requirements and presenting customized solutions. Negotiate policy terms, premiums, and coverage options effectively to close sales while ensuring client satisfaction. Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, benefits administration, and maintaining accurate customer records. Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns that highlight the benefits of our insurance offerings across various channels. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes (such as HIPAA compliance), and competitor activities to refine sales strategies continually. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales within the insurance or retail sales industry, demonstrating a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with outstanding communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly preferred. Strong analysis skills to evaluate client needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly. Familiarity with sales administration processes, benefits management, and marketing strategies related to insurance products. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships through transparent communication. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and telemarketing best practices to ensure compliant outreach efforts. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
