Our client is seeking a motivated Property & Casualty Insurance Producer to generate new business, build client relationships, and grow a personal book of business. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and community outreach. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage. Prepare quotes, present coverage options, and bind policies. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships. Manage and grow a personal book of business. Assist clients with policy changes, questions, and claims. Maintain accurate client and policy records.

Requirements:

Active Property & Casualty license required. 1-3 years of insurance or sales experience preferred. Bilingual Spanish required. Strong communication, sales, and closing skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Strong organizational and customer service skills.
