Proven sales ability and a desire to achieve goals Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to follow insurance regulations and compliance requirements A professional, dependable work ethic Consistent punctuality and reliability A competitive mindset while still being a team player Motivation to learn, be coached, and improve Spanish/English bilingual skills highly preferred A valid Property & Casualty Insurance License is required before your first day of employment . Candidates who are not currently licensed may still be considered if they are willing and able to obtain their license prior to starting.
