Job Description

Are you driven, outgoing, and ready to take charge of your career? Farmers Insurance - District 17 is offering a unique opportunity through our Protege Program , designed for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who want to grow into agency ownership. No insurance experience? No problem. We provide full training, licensing support, and one-on-one mentoring to set you up for long-term success.
What You'll Do:
Connect with new and existing clients to provide tailored insurance solutions Learn how to grow and manage your own book of business Gain hands-on experience with sales, service, and marketing Work directly with experienced agents and receive district-level coaching
What We're Looking For:
Self-starter with a strong desire to grow professionally Great communicator with a positive, team-first attitude Business-minded and goal-oriented Comfortable with digital tools and social media outreach Bilingual (Spanish) a plus, but not required

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
