The Role As a Agent/Advisor, you'll work directly with individuals, families, and business owners to help them identify financial needs and implement strategies designed to protect their future. This role offers the opportunity to build a long-term, client-focused practice with support, training, and resources from New York Life. Job Requirements Obtain Life & Health insurance license within 30 days of acceptance (company-paid) Obtain FINRA SIE, Series 6 or 7, and Series 63 registrations within 120 days (company-paid) Meet and contact prospective clients to discuss financial concerns and goals Conduct information-gathering meetings to assess client needs Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined, with the ability to work independently Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills Demonstrated sales, analytical, decision-making, interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills Previous sales experience a plus Athletic and/or coaching background a plus Compensation Potential (Average Ranges) Year 1: $65,000
