Work Designation What You'll Do As an Aflac Insurance Agent, you'll work directly with business owners and HR teams to design supplemental insurance programs that protect employees from the unexpected expenses traditional health insurance doesn't cover. You'll have the independence to build lasting client relationships and recurring income streams — while helping businesses and their employees achieve real financial security. Principal Duties & Responsibilities Responsibilities include: Sales, presentations, and enrollment support for worksite benefits Strategic relationship-building with business owners and HR contacts Marketing and lead generation to grow your client base Providing expert guidance on supplemental insurance products Managing renewals, claims follow-up, and ongoing client service Requirements Active state insurance license (Life and/or Health) Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or related sales preferred Entrepreneurial mindset and strong time management skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities
