Salary Range:

Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Must have ability to multi-task. Prior Sales Experience. Career minded vision. Problem-Solving Capabilities. Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude. Minimum 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred. License preferred but willing to train. Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Process customer policy change requests. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information. Return all phone messages promptly. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Maintain knowledge of new products and services. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Be outstanding at relationship building.
