Job Description

The Gluckle Insurance Team in Cleveland is looking for an experienced and committed individual to join our team as a licensed insurance agent! In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal and commercial insurance accounts to maintain strong business relationships and ensure client satisfaction. You will play a vital role in managing and growing our insurance client base to ensure their assets are protected. If you have excellent customer service skills and are committed to providing clients with the best value and coverage, this is the role for you. Salary Range:
$40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Evenings Off Requirements Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Must have ability to multi-task. Prior Sales Experience. Career minded vision. Problem-Solving Capabilities. Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude. Minimum 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred. License preferred but willing to train. Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Process customer policy change requests. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information. Return all phone messages promptly. Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Maintain knowledge of new products and services. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Be outstanding at relationship building.
