We're looking for the things that are harder to teach: work ethic, integrity, communication skills and the desire to succeed. What you'll be building You'll work with individuals and families who need help understanding Medicare, life insurance and retirement solutions — important decisions that are much easier with a knowledgeable person sitting across from them. Responsibilities:

Conduct client interviews to assess needs and provide tailored solutions. Leverage our network of 250+ top carriers to create customized plans. Educate the community on available benefits and financial safeguards. Provide ongoing support, including claims assistance and follow-up. Stay informed on industry updates and benefit changes. Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up .

Qualifications:
