ABOUT OUR AGENCY
Our agency opened in 2002 and is a close-knit team of four who work together to serve our customers and community. Before becoming an agent, I spent 15 years with State Farm working in the compliance and fraud unit and held management roles, which gave me a strong foundation in leadership and the insurance industry. I'm also a licensed attorney and attended law school at the University of Tulsa. Outside of the office, I enjoy playing tennis and spending time with my family - many of whom are also involved in the business. For our team, we offer 20 days of PTO, all major holidays off, early office closure at noon on Fridays, a 401(k), health benefits, and licensing paid up front. Our culture is driven and growth-oriented. We're looking for someone who is hungry, motivated, and ready to build something meaningful. ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jim Vanderveen - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
