Job Description
Join our Maintenance team at Covenant Living at Inverness as a Maintenance Technician II in Tulsa, OK. Covenant Living at Inverness is a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) within the not-for-profit Covenant Living organization. The Maintenance Technician II will be responsible for providing maintenance services to keep the facility buildings, grounds, and equipment in good repair. In so doing, significant contributions are made to the safety, well-being and comfort of residents and employees.
Maintenance Technician II Responsibilities:
Completes work requests and preventative maintenance work orders as assigned by supervisor such as, but not limited to auto/small engine mechanics, carpentry, appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, emergency generators, low voltage applications, swimming pools, fire alarms, valves, fixtures, locks in accordance with campus procedures and industry acceptable standards. Inspects facilities, systems and their components for the purpose of ensuring safety and cleanliness and identifying necessary repairs. Maintains tools and/or equipment to ensure the availability of equipment in safe operating condition. Requires general labor and responsibility for event set-ups, deliveries and moves. Troubleshoots building and equipment issues as they arise.Maintenance Technician II Minimum Requirements:
Required Degree:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Certificate(s): Valid Driver's License and Certifications in applicable field Must be able to use a variety of hand tools and small power tools and other power tools. Willingness to learn and expand trade knowledge of maintenance and facilities. Have availability to be included in the on-call schedule. Requires 1+ years of related work experienceJob Type:
