ABOUT THE ROLE
Carradini Health &Wealth is an independent insurance agency helping individuals, families, retirees, and business owners Protect Their Health and Protect Their Wealth. We are looking for a motivated Insurance Advisor who wants to build a successful long-term career based on relationships, service, and results. Our advisors help clients navigate Medicare, private health insurance, life insurance, annuities, long-term care and home health solutions, supplemental protection products, and other insurance needs. We take a relationship-based approach. A Medicare or health insurance conversation may introduce us to a client, but our goal is to understand the client's broader needs, identify areas where their health or wealth may be at risk, educate them about their options, and build a relationship that can continue for years. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work approximately 100 agency-provided leads per week initially, with lead volume expected to increase as our marketing expands Handle agency-generated appointments and inbound opportunities Conduct outbound calls and consistently follow up with prospective clients Meet with clients by telephone, video, and in person Educate Medicare-eligible clients about their coverage options and assist with appropriate enrollments Help individuals and families evaluate private health insurance options Identify additional client needs involving life insurance, annuities, long-term care, home health, supplemental health products, and other protection strategies Develop long-term relationships with clients and generate referrals Conduct annual client reviews and follow-up Participate in educational seminars, workshops, and client events in our onsite classroom Maintain complete and accurate CRM records for client interactions Participate in sales training, product training, call reviews, role-playing, and professional development Meet established activity, production, compliance, and client-service standards
TRAINING & ONBOARDING
An Oklahoma Life & Health insurance license is helpful but not required to apply. If you are not currently licensed, after accepting an offer you will have approximately 3 weeks to complete the required coursework and pass the Oklahoma Life & Health insurance licensing examinations before your start date. Our objective is for you to arrive on Day 1 licensed and ready to begin hands-on training. Pre-Start — Weeks 1-3: Complete required Life & Health insurance licensing coursework and pass the Oklahoma licensing examinations before your start date. Months 1-2: Earn $20.00 per hour plus 30% of commissions generated while you receive hands-on training, shadow experienced professionals, work agency-provided leads, prospect, meet with clients, and begin selling with coaching and support. Beyond:
Transition to 30% commissions with no hourly base compensation.

We want to develop an advisor who can build trusted, long-term client relationships.
COMPENSATION & EARNINGS POTENTIAL
First Two Months $20.00/hour + 30% of commissions generated Month 3 and Beyond 30% commissions — no base compensation There is no artificial cap on commissions.
Estimated Earnings Potential:
Year 1: $60,000-$90,000 Year 2: Potential up to $150,000 Year 3+: Potential $200,000+ Actual earnings depend upon individual production and are not guaranteed.
LEADS & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Carradini Health & Wealth will provide approximately 100 leads per week initially, with plans to increase lead volume as our advertising and marketing campaigns expand. We expect our advisors to work agency-provided opportunities consistently, promptly, and professionally. Successful advisors will also learn to build their own pipeline through client referrals, networking, community relationships, educational events, existing-client reviews, personal prospecting, and relationship development. Our goal is to help you develop a growing book of client relationships rather than remain dependent upon a single source of leads.
LICENSING
This is an LOA — Licensed Only Agent position. Business is written through Carradini Health & Wealth and its approved carriers and agency relationships. The advisor is responsible for maintaining all required licenses, certifications, continuing education, carrier requirements, and compliance standards. Carradini Health & Wealth will pay approved licensing fees for additional nonresident state insurance licenses as the advisor's territory expands.
ERRORS & OMISSIONS INSURANCE
The advisor is responsible for obtaining and maintaining qualifying professional Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance. Carradini Health & Wealth will contribute $25 per month toward the cost of the advisor's E&O coverage.
OFFICE & EQUIPMENT
This is a full-time, in-person position in our Tulsa office. Carradini Health & Wealth provides: Professional office space Computer and necessary office equipment CRM and agency systems Agency-generated leads Sales and product training Marketing support Coaching and professional development Onsite classroom and meeting space for seminars, workshops, and client events
SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. The position is primarily onsite so the advisor can benefit from training, coaching, collaboration,client appointments, and our educational-event environment. Occasional evening events or other activities may be scheduled as business opportunities warrant.
